OPPO A6v announced: 6nm Dimensity 6300 SoC, 6,500mAh battery, 50MP cam

Apart from the A6i, tech giant OPPO also recently launched the A6v in China.

It is a 5G-ready smartphone featuring a sleek profile at an affordable price point.

120Hz HD screen

The handset uses a flat-designed body with Glacier Blue, Titanium Rock Purple, and Wilderness Green colorways. This also comes with an IP64 rating to protect the phone against dust and water splashes.

It uses a flat-looking 6.75-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HD+ 1570 x 720 resolution, and a top-center notch for the 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

Inside, the phone is powered by the 6nm Mediatek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 graphics. It is paired with ample 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

It has an IP64 dust and water resistance rating

The battery, as expected, is larger than usual at 6,500mAh with USB-C 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging.

The back cameras include a 50MP f/1.8 main shooter with 27mm equivalent focal length and AF, and a 2MP f/2.4 monochrome camera. This setup supports up to 10x digital zoom.

The device also has a side fingerprint sensor, dual-band WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth with aptX HD and LDAC, and Android 15-based ColorOS 15 skin.
