Next-generation OPPO foldable

The upcoming Find N6 is reportedly designed to address the crease on the inner folding screen.

OPPO states that the Find N6 is designed using a new engineering approach, combining a titanium alloy hinge with a special memory glass layer. Together, these components are said to finally reduce the crease and maintain a flatter display surface even after prolonged use.

The structure of the hinge will reportedly distribute physical stress more effectively when folding and unfolding. The memory glass is said to restore the display's flatness after opening the device.

The Find N6 will support a new OPPO AI Stylus, which is made to expand the functionality of the large internal display and is intended to make writing, note-taking, and creative tasks easier on the foldable screen.

Earlier reports claim that the Find N6 suggests that it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 octa-core processor, an 8.12-inch inner folding screen, a 6.62-inch cover screen, and a 6,000mAh battery with fast charging. At the back are the 200MP main camera with Samsung HP5 sensor, and a pair of 50MP Samsung JN5 sensors for the ultra-wide camera and a periscope telephoto camera.

Pre-order pages for the foldable are now live in China and reveal the Golden Orange, Original Titanium, and Deep Black colorways. The listing also reveals the following storage options: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512B, and 16GB/1TB, and that the phone will support satellite connectivity.

Not much else is known about the foldable.

Stay tuned.
