Samsung Galaxy A57 5G now in PH: Exynos 1680, 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+, 50MP cameras, PHP 28,990 starting price

Apart from the Galaxy A37 5G, Samsung also released the Galaxy A57 5G in the Philippines.

The Samsung Galaxy A57 5G is now official in PH

The phone is available in Awesome Gray, Navy, IcyBlue, and Lilac colorways. Similar to the A37 5G, it received a minor upgrade to its IP rating with the IP68 coming from IP67.

In front, the phone packs a 6.7-inch FHD+ SuperAMOLED+ panel with 120Hz refresh rate, 1900 its peak brightness with Vision Booster. It is also protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+ for extra scratch and drop resistance.

The display

Inside, the Galaxy A57 5G now has 2.9GHz 4nm Exynos 1680 octa-core processor with Xclipse 550 GPU, 8K MAC NPU.

It is paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options.

Battery remains the same at 5,000mAh as well as the charging speed locked at USB-C 45W.

Camera features are 50MP OIS main sensor + 12MP ultra-wide + 5MP macro helper.

Other features stereo speakers and In-Display fingerprint reader.

Connectivity features are WiFi 6E, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 16 with OneUI 8.5 skin on top. It also includes up to 6 years of updates on OS and security.
