OPPO Pad 5 Pro launched: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 13.2K 3K display, and 8 speakers

OPPO also launched its flagship tablet along with the Find X9 Ultra.

The OPPO Pad 5 Pro is available in three color options: Dawn Gold, Mocha Brown, and Monet Purple. The tablet maintains a slim profile of 5.94mm and weighs approximately 672 grams despite housing a large battery.

The device features a 13.2-inch LCD panel with a 3,392 x 2,400 resolution, a 30-144Hz adaptive refresh rate, a 7:5 aspect ratio, and 1,000 nits peak brightness. 

The display also covers the DCI-P3 color gamut with a Delta E of approximately 0.7, reflecting accurate color reproduction. Additional display features include Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid support, alongside TÜV-certified eye protection and DC dimming for reduced eye strain during extended use.

The features

Powering the tablet is the 4.6GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 8GB/12GB/16GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 4.1 storage options.

The OPPO Pad 5 Pro is equipped with a 13,380mAh battery and supports 67W wired fast charging.

For cameras, it uses a 13MP on the back with an LED flash paired with an 8MP front-facing shooter for selfies or video calls.

Other features are a Hi-Fi level 8-speaker system for a wider sound field and a more immersive listening experience.

There are also optional accessories, such as a keyboard cover, available to extend its use as a laptop replacement.

Connectivity features are WiFi 7 (2.4GHz/5GHz) and Bluetooth 6.0.

The tablet ships with Android 16 and ColorOS 16 out of the box. 

Software features include multi-window support, PC-level WPS productivity tools, and enhanced file management. It also supports stylus input with AI-powered note organization, as well as cross-device connectivity for seamless interaction with smartphones and PCs.

The OPPO Pad 5 Pro is currently available in China. While it will be available globally on April 30 as the OnePlus Pad 4.
