Xiaomi launches Mijia Strong Air Super 1.5HP Air Conditioner: 15-second cooling

Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Strong Air Super 1.5HP Air Conditioner in China, delivering ultra-fast cooling, powerful performance, and top-tier energy efficiency at an affordable price.

The new Mijia Strong Air Super stands out with its rapid temperature control, which achieves cooling in just 15 seconds and heating in 30 seconds, providing near-instant relief whether you're battling summer heat or winter chills.

It uses a canopy-style airflow for cooling and carpet-style heating. These modes supposedly enhance everyday livability without the discomfort of strong direct winds.

The Mijia Strong Air Super is equipped with 13cc large-displacement dual-cylinder compressors that boost low-frequency stability by 30 percent and cut noise by 5 percent. Dual-row pure copper evaporators and condensers ensure efficient heat transfer.

A 118-large diameter fan with dual air deflectors delivers up to 900m³/h airflow, enabling strong circulation even in larger rooms. The air conditioner performs reliably in tough environments, cooling effectively at outdoor temperatures up to 55 degrees Celsius and heating down to -15 degrees Celsius.

It is rated as Super level 1 energy efficient with an impressive APF of 6.01. This model incorporates Xiaomi's Lingyun energy-saving algorithm. Users can expect up to 344 kWh in annual electricity savings compared to less efficient units, making it a smart choice for long-term cost reduction.

Features include self-cleaning at high temperature sterilization at up to 58 degrees Celsius, Anti-cold air function during heating start-up, and vertical and horizontal swing modes for even coverage.

As part of Xiaomi's ecosystem, the Mijia Strong Air Super supports HyperOS Connect with an AI module for intelligent controls, OTA updates, and cloud-based self-diagnostics. It integrates seamlessly with other Xiaomi smart home devices and responds to voice commands.

The unit maintains a clean, minimalist design suitable for modern interiors. Indoor unit dimensions are 865 x 330 x 219mm, while the outdoor unit measures 852 x 565 x 331mm.
