Xiaomi 17 Max launch date, design, Leica Cameras, and colorways confirmed

Xiaomi is expanding its flagship 17 Series with the upcoming Xiaomi 17 Max later this month. Pre-orders in China have begun.

In March 2026, Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra to the Philippine market.

Official renders a candy bar-shaped slab with flat front and rear panels with a square-shaped camera module. The front screen is a 6.9-inch panel with ultra-thin bezels.

Xiaomi is offering the Xiaomi 17 Max in either White, Clear Blue, or Pixel Black.

Xiaomi 17 Max's 8,000mAh battery and SoC

GizmoChina reports that the smartphone will indeed feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 octa-core processor and an 8,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging. At the back are the Leica co-engineered 200MP main camera with a 1/1.4-inch sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera.

Not much else is known about the Xiaomi 17 Max.
