HUAWEI Pura 90s series to go global this July 14, 2026, in Kuala Lumpur

Two months after it launched in China, the HUAWEI Pura 90s series is set to make its global debut on July 14, 2026, in Malaysia.

On its official X account, the Chinese giant posted an image with the caption 'Now is Your Moment. Witness the unveil. Kuala Lumpur, 14 July 2026. #HUAWEILaunch.'

In China, the Pura 90 series is available in three variants: the Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro, and the Pura 90 Pro Max. It is unclear whether all three will also be available globally. Nor is it clear whether the global market will get the exact same specs as the Chinese variants. HUAWEI also added an 'S' and calls it the HUAWEI Pura 90s Series, as opposed to HUAWEI Pura 90 Series in China. Historically, HUAWEI has modified the specs for the global market.

The teaser image attached to the X post depicts the upper half of the phone in Gold and White with the iconic triangle-shaped camera module. However, the camera bump is noticeably wider on the back when compared to the previous generation.

On Instagram, the brand also posted a short video of what appears to be the camera app zooming out, and then it transitions to a print of the photo of the scene. Its caption says 'Zoom in. Notice more. Zoom out. See everything. HUAWEI Flagship Product Launch. July 14.

Is the company implying that the color, sharpness, and detail are so good that you can see more of the scene, whether you zoom in or zoom out?

Not much else is known about the device.
