The device also carries an IP68 rating for water resistance, rated for submersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes, and Infinix lists MIL-STD-810 certification as well. However, the company has not specified which particular tests the device has passed.

On the display front, the HOT 70 Pro features a 6.76-inch 1080p IPS LCD panel with an adaptive refresh rate that scales from 45Hz to 144Hz.

Powering the device is MediaTek's 2.4GHz 6nm Dimensity 7100 octa-core chipset paired with Mali-G610 MC2 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

Battery capacity depends on the region, with the phone shipping in either 5,600mAh or 6,000mAh configurations. It supports 45W wired charging, with the charger included in the box.

For imaging, the HOT 70 Pro relies on a 50MP Sony IMX882 wide-angle main sensor (1/1.95-inch) on the rear, along with an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
