Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold now official w/ HiLight LED, gearless hinge, Tensor G6 SoC

Google earlier launched the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

It's the company's latest high-end foldable with a bigger cover screen, Gemini AI, and the HiLight LED.

The device arrives with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, a new glass-fiber composite back cover, and a new "gearless hinge" that protects the inner display. It also has a new Super Actual outer display with a ceramic cover glass, which is said to be 3x more durable than last year's.

Colors available are Obsidian and Olive. Pixel 11 Pro Fold is almost 10% lighter and about 1mm thinner than Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold features an 8.0‑inch inner foldable display screen and a slightly larger 6.5-inch cover screen. Both have up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness.

Back design and cover screen

Inside, the foldable phone is powered by the new 2nm Tensor G6 with 16GB RAM, 256GB/512GB/512GB/1TB storage, and a 4,806mAh battery promising over 24 hours of battery life. It charges via USB Type-C with 30W charging and up to 25W wireless charging.

The HiLight LED

At the back, it has a 48MP 1/1.56-inch main camera, 10.5MP 1/3.4-inch ultra-wide w/ AF, and a 10.8MP 5x zoom camera. It also has the HiLight LED on the camera island, which gives glanceable, color‑coded alerts. It glows for calls from favorite contacts, hands‑free Gemini use, and soon, message notifications.

For selfies, it has a 10MP 87-degree camera on both the folding and cover screens.

It runs on Android 17 OS with on-device AI tools like advanced Gemini Intelligence context matching and AI-driven Theft Protection.
