Compact and travel-ready charging station?

The Anker Travel Charging Station consolidates the charging needs of up to six devices into a single compact unit, providing a streamlined alternative to carrying multiple chargers while traveling.

Designed with portability in mind, the charging station has a slim, flat profile measuring 149 x 67.5 x 22 mm and weighs 290 grams. It easily fits into a backpack sleeve or carry-on bag.

The exterior features a matte, smudge-resistant finish, and its layout is specifically engineered for modern travel setups. It is available in two colors: Iron Gray and Radiant White.

All six charging connections are located along the front edge for clean cable organization. The station includes four USB-C ports for modern electronics and two USB-A ports for legacy devices.

Power is supplied via a thin, flat braided power cord leading to a wall connector with a 90-degree folding plug. This design allows it to fit into tight spaces, such as behind hotel beds, airport seats, and nightstands.

Unlike conventional power strips, the Anker Travel Charging Station does not have any standard household AC outlets. Instead, it serves purely as a high-capacity USB charging hub. By eliminating AC outlets, Anker has created a significantly thinner device that still offers higher overall output than typical travel wall plugs. This makes it an ideal solution for travelers with multiple laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

The station has a total combined output of 150 watts. When used individually, either of the main USB-C ports (C1 and C2) can deliver up to 100 watts, providing fast charging for demanding laptops like the MacBook Pro or Dell XPS.

When multiple devices are plugged in simultaneously, Anker’s built-in PowerIQ 4.0 system dynamically measures and redistributes available wattage across all active ports based on each device's power requirements. The secondary USB-C ports (C3 and C4) can supply up to 45 watts, making them ideal for iPads, gaming handhelds, or smartphones, while the USB-A ports provide up to 12 watts for wireless earbuds and smartwatches.

To manage heat within such a compact design, Anker has equipped the station with its ActiveShield 4.0 safety system, which continuously monitors internal temperatures millions of times a day and automatically adjusts power output as needed to prevent overheating.
