Manny Pay management has said the digital payments platform is not shutting down, following reports that the service would end on November 10.

In an official statement addressed to customers, partners, and the public, the company said: "Manny Pay is not closing." It said a new version of the app is scheduled for launch next month.

Management said, "The update is meant to prepare the platform for its next phase". As it brings on more partners, the company said it aims to strengthen its system and expand capacity to deliver a more dependable and convenient payment service.

The statement also said the transition would not affect users' accounts or transactions. Management committed to a smooth rollout, said it would address user concerns, and promised further updates as the new version nears release.

However, the statement did not address the November 10 shutdown notice that earlier appeared in their website, and it did not say what will happen to the current app or to users' existing balances.

Earlier reports, citing the company's advisory, said remaining funds would be moved to Traxion Pay Inc. The statement does not mention that arrangement, and it gives no exact launch date or details about the new app's features.
