Residents of Rockwell Center, premier lifestyle and business hub in Makati may now enjoy PLDT Fibr to seamlessly browse the internet, stream multimedia contents, play online games, and download files.

With PLDT HOME Fibr, Rockwell Center residents will now be able to seamlessly download files, log-in to their social media accounts, stream their favorite movies, play online games, and a lot more on the multiple screens they use at home, PLDT FVP and Head of Home Business Marco Borlongan said.

PLDR Fibr service now covers all residential condominiums like: Rizal Tower, Luna Gardens, Hidalgo Place, Amorsolo Towers, Edades Garden Villas and Towers, Joya Lofts and Towers, One Rockwell, and The Manansala.

This is in line with our efforts to take the lead in bringing world-class internet to more Filipinos through the deployment of fiber facilities in more and more parts of the country, he added. 

According to PLDT, the Fibr service roll-out in Rockwell is expected to increase online lifestyles of this community to higher-levels. Access to speedy internet connectivity should help in enhancing digital platforms and overall growth for businesses.

PLDT FVP and Head of Consumer Business for Market Development Oscar A. Reyes, Jr., mentioned that the Fibr roll-out in Makati’s Rockwell Center and its surrounding areas complements the demanding and diverse broadband needs of its residents and tenants.

Just an update: As of end-June, PLDT’s fiber facilities have passed 3.3 million homes and are expected to expand its FTTH coverage to about four million homes passed by the end of 2017. It is also deploying hybrid fiber technologies, such as Huawei’s G. fast which can boost data speeds up to 600 to 700 Mbps over copper lines.

This is a part of PLDT’s ongoing nationwide roll-out w/ a goal of giving more Filipinos access to high-speed broadband internet.
