Earlier, Vivo has officially announced the new V7 for the Philippine market. So, we bring you the first image samples from the rear and selfie cameras.

The lowlight capable 24MP f/2.0 selfie camera from the V7 Plus returns! Though it is now in a smaller body, it comes at a pocket friendlier PHP 14,990! It also gets the softlight flash from the softlight flash that's useful for lowlight selfies.

The primary 16MP f/2.0 rear camera is no slouch either. It has dedicated LED flash and autofocus.

The low light performance of the selfie camera is levels above the main camera and most phones in its price range. Otherwise, the resolution, the color, the dynamic range and the saturation is good in daylight for both cameras in our initial testing.
It doesn't have the fancy AI like the OPPO F5 and it doesn't have the dual selfie cameras of the Nova2i but quite frankly, I don't think the selfie camera needs fancy tricks. So, far it performs on par and sometimes better with most cameras in its competition but we'll do a more comprehensive comparison soon!
