As expected, the HONOR X80 Pro Max arrived with the largest battery capacity found on a regular-sized mainstream smartphone yet. How big? 11,000mAh. 

According to HONOR, this can last up to 42 days of standby and has earned a Guinness World Record of over 26 hours of continuous livestreaming.

In particular, it earned the record of "The longest electronic product testing live stream" for 26 hours, 8 minutes, and 34 seconds.

The handset also supports Type-C 90W wired fast charging, and 27W reverse wired charging, AKA power bank mode.

The handset features a familiar HONOR X9d 5G-like design with a circular camera hump and IP66/68/69//69K dust and water resistance and SGS five-star drop resistance. It is available in Mystic Black, Vibrant Orange, Lightning Red, and Moon Shadow White colors. 

It measures 162.2 x 77 x 8.08 mm and weighs just 203 grams.

The other highlight of the device is that it has a 6.8-inch OLED screen w/ 60-120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM dimming, 2788 x 1280 resolution, and an extra-bright up to 10,000 nits of peak brightness under certain conditions. Moreover, it has 1.3mm slim bezels for a more immersive look as well as an In-Display fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, the handset is packed with the new 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor with Adreno GPU. It is paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB internal storage.

For cameras, it uses a 50MP OIS CIPA 6.0 main shooter paired with an 8MP selfie camera.

Other features include stereo speakers, IR Blaster, WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, NFC, GPS, and dual SIM slots.

It runs on Android 16 OS with MagicOS 10.0 skin with AI Outdoor Mode and AI Grip Control.
