Build Quality / Design
The Targus Element Backpack is a testament to the consistency int terms of quality of Targus products. It is made out of well made durable polyster material, features their custom zipper and a mesh padded pack panel to keep your laptop protected from shock.
It also features a soft padding at the back with deep air channels and soft fabric that adds a lot of comfort specially when you're using the backpack in long standing position. It also has water resistance to protect everything inside your bag from getting wet. Aside from that this also has a secret compartment below that has a hidden rain cover inside. Design-wise, it's minimalist that looks neat and stylish as well.
From my laptop, tablet, earphone pelican case, ballpens, wallet, cables, charger, mouse, clutch bag, umbrella and portable pocket WiFi attached in a powerbank. This is perfect for people like me who has OCD as there's a compartment for almost anything portable that keeps your things properly arranged.

For me this Backpack was able to deliver what I wanted from a laptop backpack. It has tons of compartments inside that helps me arrange my things properly. It was also very spacious inside that made me fit all of my things there. |

Verdict
For a Targus product this good, it's priced quite low at 3,000 Pesos. A surefire must have if you wanted a comfortable backpack that boast decent level of protection on a limited budget. I highly recommend this for anyone who wanted a backpack that just works.
