We just got an info directly from Ms. Corinne Bacani, Marketing Director of Huawei Philippines that the MediaPad Y3 7 tablet is now available in the country.

As a quick recap, the Huawei MediaPad T3 7 is a budget tablet with metal build and decent specs. It includes a 7 inch IPS screen, 1.3 GHz MT8127 quad core processor paired with Mali 450 graphics, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable storage, and 3,100 mAh of battery.

This device also has 2 MP main camera, 2 MP selfie  camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and  Android 6.0 Marshmallow w/ EMUI 4.1.
