It is designed exclusively for Apple device users and provides studio-style video workouts and guided meditations led by professional trainers. The service is deeply integrated with the Apple Watch, displaying real-time personal metrics (such as heart rate, calories burned, and activity rings) directly to the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or Mac screen during workouts.
