ASUS has just announced locally the new ZenFone 5 series with renewed focus that has reinvigorated excitement from fans and potential new users alike.

ASUS is back!
The new ZenFone 5 series shows ASUS's new focus. Unlike previous years where ASUS would release a large number of phones to fill each market from the wide to the niche.
From our experience with the ZenFone over the years, we couldn't love those phones as much as we loved the original ZenFone 5 and the ZenFone 2 line.
But, the ZenFone 4 series last year are far from exciting. The ZenFone 3 series two years back are decent, but they are not as special as the ZenFone 2 line.
This new focus by ASUS is proven by streamlining their product line into three phones. The ZenFone 5Q, 5 and 5Z. This effectively allowed ASUS to focus on making the best and most compelling phone in three different price brackets.
In our brief time with the ZenFone 5Q and ZenFone 5, we are happy to report that we have been enjoying the phones in both performance and cameras!
We honestly think that the new ZenFone 5 series is ASUS's statement that even though they have struggled doesn't mean that they will easily back down from a challenge and that they are here to stay!
The ASUS ZenFone 5Q is priced at PHP 16,995 while the regular ZenFone 5 retails for PHP 19,995. On the other hand, the ZenFone 5Z is priced at just PHP 29,995.
All three phones are priced competitively.
