The Nokia 7 Plus is priced at PHP 21,990 while the ZenFone 5 retails for PHP 19,995. According to ASUS, the ZenFone 5 is designed to compete with most phones with a higher price tag.

Both are value for money monsters on paper. The Nokia 7 Plus is the slightly higher-end device due to its speedier chipset, better cameras on paper, larger battery capacity, and newer Android 8.1 Oreo OS w/ Android One.

But despite the lower price tag, the ASUS ZenFone 5 can compete. It is actually the sleeker looking handset due to its glass and metal design. It also has the same amount of RAM and ROM size found on the Nokia 7.

Moreover, its cameras can also compete or beat the Nokia 7 Plus in actual performance. It even has a super wide-angle mode for wide GoPro-like shots.

It also has the newer face unlock tech, dual stereo speakers, and Hi-Res audio.
