Razer to launch a new phone on May 22, the Razer Phone 2?

Razer recently announced a launch event date on May 22 in China. According to the teaser image they shared, it could be a new smartphone.

There is a good chance that it will be the follow-up to the impressive Razer Phone last year!

It is safe to speculate that the upcoming second generation Razer Phone will build upon the success of the first Razer Phone and add new specs and features in it.

We expect it to come with a taller 18:9 or even 19:9 screen aspect ratio with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 845 SoC (the upgrade of Snapdragon 835 last year), up to 8GB RAM, bigger storage than 64GB, large over 4,000mAh battery, and improved cameras.

It could also be the phone that will combat the likes of the Xiaomi Black Shark, Nubia Red Magic, and the rumored ROG phone of ASUS.
