Gaming king? HONOR WIN w/ flagship chip + 185Hz refresh rate + 10,000mAh battery now official

HONOR WIN is a beastly gaming phone

HONOR WIN is a gaming-focused smartphone equipped with the biggest battery capacity found on regular-looking smartphones yet. Moreover, it is equipped with a game-changing high-refresh-rate display, a late 2025 flagship processor, and an innovative cooling system.

Back and front design of HONOR WIN

In particular, the HONOR WIN highlights a metal frame body with a fiberglass back panel. What made this special is that they were able to fit the new 10,000mAh Qinghai Lake Si-C battery without making the phone thick at 8.3mm and heavy at 229 grams.

In comparison, the iPhone 17 Pro Max with a way smaller 5,088mAh battery is 8.8mm thick and weighs 233 grams.

This also has the energy efficiency enhancement chip E2 and Dujiangyan chip to manage battery health.

According to the company, it can last 16.4 hours of continuous game duration or 31.3 hours of short videos.

Moreover, it supports USB-C 100W SuperCharge + 80W Wireless Super Charge + 27W wired reverse charging.

185Hz refresh rate OLED screen

In the display category, the phone uses a 6.83-inch OLED display with an extra-smooth 185Hz refresh rate. It also has a 480Hz touch sampling rate, 5920Hz PWM dimming, 1.5K 2800 x 1272 resolution at 450 ppi, game-specific anti-dizziness modes, high peak brightness for outdoor visibility, and a 3D Ultrasonic In-Display fingerprint sensor.

It comes with up to IP69K dust and water resistance

Moreover, it is equipped with the top-of-the-line 4.6GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 octa-core processor with a new-generation Adreno GPU.

Keeping the performance in check is the HONOR Dongfeng Turbo Heat Dissipation with Ultra Fan, promising 5,000 rpm with dual 360-degree full-surround air intake for up to 7 degrees Celcius drop in chip temperature. It also has a large cooling area.

The device also has an RF enhancement chip HONOR C1+ chip, for improved signal reception.

Despite being a gaming phone didn't skimp in the camera department as well. It has a 50MP f/1.95 main camera with Focus Pixel, OIS + 12MP f/2.2 112-degree ultra-wide-angle + 50MP f/2.4 telephoto with OIS, 12MP f/2.2 112-degree ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP f/2.4 telephoto sensor with OIS. This can do up to 100x digital zoom and up to 4K 60fps video recording.

For selfies, it sports a 50MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture and up to 4K video recording.
