Apple iPhone 17 Pro, Pro Max now official: Back to aluminum, 3x 48MP cameras, PHP 79,990 starting price
Apple has officially launched the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, introducing a bold new design and an array of internal and camera upgrades.

New Pro iPhones!
Aiming to make the device have improved heat dissipation and a lighter weight, the iPhone 17 Pro Series is back to using a brushed aluminum body. It is available in Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue, and Silver colors.

| Back and front design |
In front, the iPhone 17 Pro uses a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR panel. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Pro Max is 6.9 inches. Both support 1-120Hz ProMotion and 3,000 nits peak brightness.
The screen glass has a 7-layer anti-reflective coating as well.
Under the hood, it is powered by the new 3nm Apple A19 Pro chip alongside the new N1 networking chip, enabling WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread connectivity.
Memory for both models starts at 256GB. But for the first time, the iPhone 17 Pro Max has up to 2TB of massive internal storage.
It also has all-day battery life with up to 4 more hours per full charge coming from the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
To keep the performance in check, the iPhone 17 Pro models come with a vapor chamber cooling with deionized water sealed inside to move heat away from the chip. Apple claims that together with its proprietary aluminum alloy, this results in a 40 percent better sustained performance vs the previous generation iPhone Pros.

| The cameras |
The camera setup gets a major boost, with triple 48MP sensors on both models and an 8x telephoto lens. The two phones have up to 40x digital zoom, up to 4K 120fps videos, and ProRes RAW support.
The front camera also sees an upgrade to 18MP with Center Stage support.
In case you missed it, Center Stage features intelligent framing, so you won't need to rotate your phone when switching between portrait and landscape selfies
Both devices run on iOS 26 with Liquid Glass and come equipped with Apple Intelligence, offering on-device AI features like live translation, smart photo editing, and call screening.
