Qualcomm to launch Snapdragon 710 and 730 according to leaks!

Based on a new leak, the first two chips from Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 700 series will be the SD 710 and SD 730.

The Snapdragon 710 will come with a 10 nm based LPE (Low-Power Early) process with 27 percent higher performance and up to 40 percent lower power consumption versus the older 14 nm chips.

On the other hand, the Snapdragon 730 processor will arrived an 8 nm LPP process manufactured by Samsung. It will provide 10 percent improvement in performance and 15 percent power reduction versus 10 nm chips.

It will also have the SDR600, the same band support as the phones powered by the latest 600-series chips.

The upcoming chips by Qualcomm will also have support for 3040 x 1440 or WQHD+ resolution and 19:9 screen aspect ratio.

On the other hand, both chips will also be AI-oriented. The Snapdragon 710 won't have a dedicated NPU while the 730 will come with NPU 120 coupled with GPU/HVX.

The Snapdragon 710 is expected to be available in H1 2019 while the Snapdragon 730 could follow by end of 2019.
