Cherry Mobile has now a total of 9 Android Oreo (Go edition) devices

Cherry Mobile has launched last June their first three Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphones in the form of the Flare P3 family. But this time, the local smartphone company has a total of nine Go edition phones.

Android Oreo (Go edition) is the latest powerful experience for entry-level smartphones. It optimizes the phone because of the similar app sizes, more storage space, and way more control over how your content is stored. There are a fewer pre-installed and much lighter apps.

The six new additions are the following:

1. Cherry Mobile Flare A2 Lite - It is packed with 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 8GB ROM expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It features a 5-inch 18:9 TrueView display with 5MP rear and 2MP front cameras. The Flare A2 Lite retails for PHP 2,499.

2. Cherry Mobile Desire R6 Lite - It shares the same specifications with the Cherry Mobile Flare A2 Lite. It just differs on the camera as it is equipped with bigger 8MP rear and 5MP front cameras. Flare Desire R6 Lite also retails for PHP 2,499. 

3. Cherry Mobile Omega Icon Lite 2 - This smartphone has the exact same specifications with the Flare A2 Lite. They can be distinguished with their design difference. You can also get the Omega Icon Lite 2 for PHP 2,499.

4. Cherry Mobile Omega Lite 4 - For a more camera-capable smartphone, the Omega Lite 4 offers 8MP rear camera with flash and 5MP front camera. The rest of the specifications are the same with the listed smartphones above. The Omega Lite 4 sells for PHP 2,999.

5. Cherry Mobile Flare HD 4 - It sports a 5-inch IPS display with  8MP rear and 5MP front cameras. It is equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB via microsSD card. Get the Flare HD 4 for PHP 3,299.

6. Cherry Mobile Flare J2 2018 - This is a brother to the Flare HD 4 as they share the exact same features. The Flare J2 2018 also retails for PHP 3,299.
