Vivo India teases V11 Pro with In-Display fingerprint scanner

Vivo India's Twitter account just teased the upcoming V11 Pro. It is the upgrade of the V9 that was launched last March.

The teaser of Vivo confirmed that it will be launched on September 6 in India. The teaser also revealed some of the key specs of the V11 Pro.

In-Display confirmation

First, the handset will feature a near bezel-less screen with a "halo" notch. It reminds us of the notch found on the Essential PH-1 and OPPO F9. It means that this phone will also have a larger screen-body-ratio than other phones with big notch like the iPhone X.

The front panel of this device will also feature the In-Display fingerprint scanner. It will be the first phone with the said new unlocking technology on a V-series Vivo smartphone.

Vivo India also revealed that the handset will feature a dual rear camera at the back. It will also have a single selfie shooter. As expected, the cameras will be assisted by the power of AI.

The teaser of Vivo also showed a photographed which was "captured" by the said device.

Based on leaks, the handset could be powered by Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC with Adreno 512 GPU.

Now, let's wait for the official announcement of the Chinese tech giant.
