Lenovo Z5s comes with a triple-camera setup at the back

A few days ago, Lenovo introduced the Z5s, the company's mid-range offering with a rear triple-camera setup.'

The design of the handset at the back reminds me of the Huawei Nova 3i, but with a P20 Pro-like vertically aligned triple-cam at the back.

The triple-camera comes with a 16MP wide primary shooter, 8MP with 2x optical zoom, and a 5MP depth sensor for bokeh background blur shots.

The cameras also features PDAF focus, 4K video recording, and a dual-tone LED flash.

In front, the Lenovo Z5s goes with a 6.3-inch LTPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and 19:5:9 screen aspect ratio. It has a waterdrop-like notch to house the 16MP selfie shooter with pixel binning technology for better low light images. It also has face unlock on the selfie cam.

Under the hood, the phone is a mid-range powerhouse. It goes with the Snapdragon 710 octa-core SoC with Adreno 616 GPU. It also goes with 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, and 3,300mAh battery with USB-C 15W fast charging.

As expected, this device have WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and most of the basic connectivity options.

You will find it in starry gray, titanium crystal blue, and honey love orange colors.

Price and availability

The 4GB RAM/64GB ROM is priced at CNY 1,398 or around PHP 10.7K.

All versions are now available for pre-order with actual sales on December 24.

There's no word yet if it will go international.
