Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL renders

Since the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL were subjects of a lot of leaks before their launch, these render leaks for their budget variants is no surprise. These renders were great follow-up to the previous leaks about the then device named "Sargo" which surfaced back in November 2018.

Design wise, both variants share similar elements except for the screen size of course. There are no notch but Google seemed to go backwards with their design with thick top and bottom bezels. Both devices are also sporting a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Now, if these are official renders for the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL then we need to pay close attention to the date on it's screen: May 7, Tuesday. This is significant since the Google I/O event is scheduled for May 8th. This means that the Google Pixel 3a line may debut on the stage of Google I/O 2019.

The Pixel 3a is rumored to have a 5.6-inch display, Snapdragon 670, and 3,000mAh battery. The Pixel 3a XL, on the other hand, has a 6-inch display, Snapdragon 710, and 3,430mAh battery. Both are set to have the same 12MP camera found on the higher end models. Both are also said to have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

There are no further information about the pricing yet. We have to wait for the official launch for that.
