SKY doubles internet speeds of up to 100 Mbps for new subscribers

SKY has boosted its fiber-powered broadband plans, enticing new subscribers with speeds hitting up to 100 megabits per second (Mbps).

New subscribers will enjoy double the speed of the broadband plan they signed up for without coughing up extra money for the first six months, SKY said. 

Double the speed for the first 6 months

If you are subscribed to 50 Mbps SKY Fiber plan, you will experience 100 Mbps of speed for the same price of PHP 2,499 per month. 

For the 10 Mbps plan, this will double to 20 Mbps for PHP 1,399 a month. The plan 25 Mbps, meanwhile, will still carry the same price at PHP 1,899 each month while delivering 50 Mbps of speed.

SKY said the promo will run until end of August, and is initially available only for subscribers residing in Metro Manila. 

Sky Cable Corporation, a cable and broadband technology provider, is under the umbrella of media and entertainment giant ABS-CBN. Aside from SKYbroadband, it also has SKY cable, SKY on Demand, and SKYmobi.
