Xiaomi to launch a new phone in the Philippines soon! What could it be?

Xiaomi teased on Facebook that they will launched a new phone in the Philippines soon.

Is this the Mi 9 SE?

Mi 9 SE is coming?

What could it be? Since Xiaomi won't make the Redmi Note 7 Pro official in the country, our wild guess is the Mi 9 SE.

Tiny notch, triple-cam

Why? Xiaomi's teaser said that a new 9 is coming. The silhouette of the phone showing the USB-C port and speaker grill resembles Mi 9 SE's bottom side design as well.

As a quick recap, Mi 9 SE features a gradient holographic rainbow spectrum surface back design, 5.97-inch Super AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 10nm 64-bit 2.3GHz Snapdragon 712 octa-core chipset with Adreno 616 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM, 64GB/128GB UFS 2.1 storage, and 3,070mAh with USB-C 18W fast charger.

It also comes with a 48MP f/1.75 Sony IMX586 sensor paired with a 13MP f/2.4 ultra wide-angle camera and 8MP f/2.4 2x telephoto lens. It also features a 20MP f/2.0 front-facing camera.

If our guess is correct, we suspect that this is the phone that Xiaomi will pit against the upcoming realme 3 Pro.
