A more secured card

The new EMV payment card is now available in the PayMaya Online Store for only PHP 200. It has a new minimalist black design in front that only shows relevant logos that explain the features of the card.

The back of the card contains all the personal of the cardholder. This includes the card number, the expiry date, CVV security code as well as the cardholder's name. This is one of the design-choices that is geared towards a more secure card.

With the social media age, people, mostly young ones, love sharing things like how cool-looking their new PayMaya card is. With the previous design, most of the important private information ends up being leaked on the web. Now, with the new design, this information is hidden at the back.

It still retained all of the features that PayMaya has including card payments at establishments that accept VISA or Mastercard, withdrawing money from BancNet ATMs, and contactless payments among others.

PayMaya cardholders can get a PHP 300 cash back when they pay using their card in-store or online with a minimum spend of PHP 3,000 from July 21 - 31, 2019.
