Realme extends warranty nationwide because of the Luzon-wide community quarantine

Because of the Luzon-wide community quarantine imposed by the Philippine government to fight the deadly Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), realme PH will be extending the warranty of realme devices that will expire starting March 15.

Realme extends warranty because of the ongoing COVID-19 situation

The extended warranty is applicable:

1. For realme devices with warranty expiring during the lockdown - The company will provide an additional 7 working days from the date of lockdown lifting.

2. For devices with a defect after purchase and the replacement period during the lockdown - Realme will extend an additional 3 working days from the date of lifting the lockdown.

Realme noted that the extended warranty will still comply with the standard warranty policy that does not cover physical or liquid damage.
