AMD Ryzen equipped Lenovo laptops on a budget in 2020

Lenovo S145 series

Lenovo Philippines has posted a catalogue that details the company's laptop line-up from PHP 18,995 up to 59,995 with several configurations with Intel Core and AMD Ryzen processors. It is worth noting that the Ryzen configured laptops are offering better performance at better pricing.

We will highlight the best deals in each of the series for you to choose from. First off, there are two models of the Yoga series to take note of. First is the 13-inch Yoga C640-13 for PHP 64,995 with an Intel Core i7-10510, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB NVME SSD. 

There's the 14-inch Yoga S740-14 for PHP 66,995 with an Intel Core i7-1065G7, Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and 512GB NVME SSD. Both devices come with MS Office pre-installed as well.

For the Ideapad S145 series, there is an AMD Ryzen 5 model under PHP 30K. For PHP 27,995, you get an AMD Ryzen 5-3500 CPU, Radeon Vega 8 graphics, 4GB DDR4 RAM, upgradeable HDD slot with 512GB NVME SSD and a 14-inch HD display.

For PHP 36,995, there's the AMD Ryzen 7-3700 variant with Radeon Vega 10 graphics, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD with 512GB NVME SSD, and a 14-inch FHD screen.

For the Ideapad S340 series, the PHP 36,995 Intel Core 15-1035G1 variant with an Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU, 4GB DDR4 RAM, upgradeable HDD + 512GB NVME SSD and a 14-inch FHD display.

Lenovo Slim 3 series

There's a PHP 29,995 Ideapad Slim 3 with AMD Ryzen 5 4500U CPU, Radeon Vega 6 graphics, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD + 128GB NVME SSD, and a 15-inch FHD display. There's also a PHP 39,995 variant with an AMD Ryzen 7 4700U, Radeon Vega 7 graphics, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD + 128GB NVME SSD, and 15-inch FHD display.

Lenovo S540 series

Lastly, there's the Ideapad S540-15 for PHP 49,995 with an Intel Core i5-10210U, Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU, 12GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB NVME SSD, and a 15-inch screen. There's the Ideapad S540-13 for PHP 54,995 with almost the same internals except for 8GB of RAM and the 13-inch QHD screen.

These are the most noteworthy Lenovo laptops available in the Philippines. It is clear that Ryzen processors offer better value for their better performance yet more affordable pricing.
