Globe postpaid customers can now avail a six months installment to pay for their bills

Globe Telecom is offering its postpaid customers an installment payment program to aid Filipinos who are struggling financially due to months of quarantine.

In light of this problem, Globe is giving a solution to its postpaid customers with outstanding bills. President and CEO at Globe Ernest Cu said,

We understand that many of our customers are worried about their finances due to community quarantine. We are offering our installment payment options in the hope that it will help ease their expenses and allow them to expand their budget for essentials.

With an installment program, All Globe Mobile Postpaid and Globe At Home customers are qualified for this program starting May 15. This includes their business and enterprise customers.

Under this program, customers do not have to worry about maintaining their internet connection. They can pay Globe bills in installment terms of up to 6 months.  

To benefit from this, customers may enroll online between May 15 to June 15. As for business customers, they may also contact their Globe account managers for enrollment and other details. 

Moreover, Globe customers may also view and choose to settle their bills inside the safety and security of their homes by using Globe’s customer service apps, GlobeOne and Globe At Home. GCash is also another alternative for settling bills anytime and anywhere. For business customers, they may also utilize bank online payment and wire transfer services.
