At Apple's Time Flies event where the Cupertino-based company announced the new Apple Watch Series 6, the Watch SE, the iPad 8th Generation, and the new iPad Air. Aside from the hardware announcements, the company revealed the new Apple One subscription service where Apple Music, Arcade, TV+ and iCloud are bundled together in one plan.
Apple Music is an ad-free music streaming service with access to over 70 Million songs that is in direct competition with Spotify.
Apple TV+ is the company's answer to Netflix and allows users to stream Critically acclaimed shows and movies.
Apple Arcade is an ad-free and in-app purchases-free gaming service with over 100 games.
Lastly, iCloud is Apple's cloud storage solution where the user's photos and files are saved as a back-up.
Customers who avail of the new service get one free trial, one monthly invoice, and one place to manage his or her's account. Users also have the option to share the services with up to five other people with each having their own Apple ID.
Price and availability
Apple One Individual with Music, Arcade, TV+ iCloud 50GB - PHP 375 per month
Apple One Family (up to 5 other people) with Music, Arcade, TV+ iCloud 200GB - PHP 495 per month
There is no word yet when exactly it will arrive in the Philippines.
