realme reveals realme UI 2.0 skin with better customizations, performance, and privacy features

Along with the new Narzo phones, realme earlier showcased the realme UI 2.0 skin based on the new Android 11 OS.

The company claimed that the new UI is "the most open" smartphone OS yet allowing its users to completely customize their smartphone's UI. It has an upgraded Icon Customization to let users change the way icons look, customizable Accent Color where you can choose between 5 types of colors or 10 vibrant hues for setting toggles and setting icons.

realme also improved its Always On Display by adding AOD Custom Patterns.

realme also noted that the update brings support for 3rd party icon packs and launchers for a more unique look. It also has 3 dark mode styles to better meet your eyes' needs. Now, realme allows its users to darken wallpaper and icons too.

Apart from the skin customizations. realme brings performance improvements and privacy features on the new UI. realme claimed that it has made its software more efficient and optimized.

Now, it has better protection for user data as well. It has introduced "Deep Sea Privacy" which helps protect users' personal information from leaking to any app. Users' can now store personal information and sensitive files in a private locker and ensures payments made on the software protected from malicious activities. It also helps users be protected against fraudulent messages and advertisements.

realme UI 2.0 also comes with a System Cloner for setting up different profiles, Floating & Mini Window for multitasking, and a Sleep Capsule feature to help users have a good night rest.

In addition, realme claimed that they have managed to improve the utilization of system resources by 45 percent with an increased overall system speed of 32 percent and frame rate stability of 17 percent.
