To compete with OPPO, Samsung is rumored to be working on the Galaxy Scroll
Just a week ago, OPPO showed the OPPO X 2021, a stunning rollable concept smartphone. Now, insiders suggest that Samsung is working on a similar device.

Samsung's own rollable phone soon?
Leakster Ice universe Tweeted an image of the OPPO X 2021 with the caption "Galaxy Z Fold S (In & Out folding). It added that the device could be coming in the near future and it might be called Galaxy Z Fold S or Galaxy Z Fold Scroll.

Then the leaker clarified that the scroll screen mobile phone is only a laboratory test product and far from being mass-produced. Huawei, Xiaomi, and OPPO will also release their own "Fold" phones.
Ice universe also claimed that Samsung will release the Fold3 with a lot of innovative features like the CUP (Camera under Panel), S Pen, second-generation UTG, and more.
To recall, Samsung is rumored to replace its entire Galaxy Note line with foldable next year and it could the reason why the Fold3 might feature the S Pen.
Going back to rollable phones, T3 reported that there could be some interesting potential legal battles when it comes to the sliding designs. OPPO has applied for 122 patents for the OPPO X 2021 including the sliding screen motor 12 patents.
