In June, Apple announced that the company will transition from Intel-based Macs to Apple Silicon and we unbox one of the first Macs with the new M1 chip!

On the outside, the new Mac Mini looks nearly identical to the current Intel-based Mac Mini. The main difference from the outside is the reduced number of Thunderbolt 3/USB 4 ports from 4 down to just 2 ports. On the inside, it features the new Apple M1 chip with 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine.
