There's still a mystery deal on December 22

It has a website dedicated to counting down the hours before the arrival of the speed boosts. First up, scheduled for December 15 at 8 AM Fiber Xtreme 7000 will go up from 500 Mbps to 800 Mbps while Fiber Xtreme 4500 will go up from 300 Mbps to 400 Mbps.

On the same date at 12 PM, FiberX 3500 will go up from 150 Mbps to 200 Mbps while FiberX 2500 will go up from 75 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Converge is also expected to announce a new Fiber XTRA Plan at 8 PM with up to 45 Mbps of speeds.

Existing FiberX 1500 subscribers can avail of the new XTRA plan speeds at just PHP 99 on top of their existing plans. FiberX 1500 Plus subscribers will get the speed boost for FREE.

There's still an unannounced deal for December 22. It is reported to be another speed boost for the FiberX 1500 plan. We will update you once that goes up. You can avail of the upgrade here.
