Revu reports that the Facebook page "Xiaomi Leaks PH" received an image of two Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 units in the wild. The same post had the caption of "Thank you po idol sa pag send. Nabili nya raw po sa SM LUCENA." This roughly translates in English as "Thank you for sending. The (image sender) bought the units from SM LUCENA." There is no mention of how much the unit was bought for.
This SM LUCENA most likely refers to the SM Lucena mall in Lucena City in the Quezon province. The post did not mention which store in the mall the units were bought.
It is worth mentioning that the inner carton inside the box looks different from the usual inner carton from past Redmi device packaging.
In India, Twitter users @sisodiyams89 and @Gadgetsdata claim that the upcoming Redmi Note 10 will have a 6.43-inch 60Hz AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 SoC, 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging.
@Gadgetsdata claims that it will feature a 48MP, 8MP, 2MP, and 2MP quad-rear camera set-up while in front will be a 16 or 20MP selfie camera.

According to the alleged leaked images, the box will contain the following inclusions: the phone, an adapter, a USB Type-C cable, a SIM ejector tool, the warranty and manual, and a hard case.

Lastly, the leaked images claim that the 6GB RAM, 64GB storage variant will be priced at PHP INR 15,999 (or around PHP 10.5K) in India.
The whole Redmi Note 10 series is expected to be announced this March 4 but still take this information with a grain of salt as until Xiaomi and Redmi make an official announcement, this information is still unconfirmed.
