Meanwhile, GInsure is designed for those who are looking for affordable coverage since they can get insurance for medical emergencies. Apart from this, they can apply for financial assistance via Cash For Medical Costs and Cash For Income Loss.
Through GSave, users can enjoy a digital, secure, and hassle-free savings account. They only need a valid ID and smartphone. Once you finished creating the account, you can fully access it without maintaining balance, fees, and initial deposit.
In terms of loans, GCredit can be a good alternative compared to institutions offering high interests. The feature serves as the user's personal credit line that can provide up to PHP 30K credit line. The earlier the due is paid, the lower the interest rate.
Next is the e-commerce feature called GLife that lets users shop and avail themselves of exclusive deals from a wide array of merchants. This includes GOMO, Gong Cha, Kraver’s, McDonald’s, Puregold and PureGO, Lazada, Recess, Boozy, Bo’s Coffee, Mama Lou’s, GawinPH, KFC, Datablitz, Cherry Shop, Game one, Goama Games, and more.
In order to help in mobilizing the economy, GCash also released GCash QR on Demand. With this feature, users can conveniently generate their own Personal QR and use this in place of giving their GCash number. This is a safer method compared to giving away your mobile numbers and also prevent wrong sends to incorrect numbers.
Moreover, GCash plans to empower OFWs to manage their finances by making its services accessible to them. Soon, it will be launching GPadala so they can send money to a non-GCash user for cash pick up
