Originally with up to 20 Mbps speed, eligible Globe At Home Plan 1699 subscribers will enjoy a permanent speed upgrade with up to 25 Mbps speed. Meanwhile, Plan 1899 subscribers from up to 30 Mbps will get up to 35 Mbps of speed.

How to avail of the free speed boost?

Globe said that this move is to ensure that their customers are supported and powered by care as more households continue to work, warn, and learn from home due to the ongoing health crisis.

To check if you are you are eligible for the free upgrade, just check the Globe At Home app and activate the permanent speed upgrade.

The Globe At Home App can be downloaded for FREE on Android and iOS devices. This app allows customers to monitor their data usage, settle their bills, change or upgrade their plans, report an issue, request for reconnection anywhere.
