Are these the next Samsung foldables?

The render of the smaller foldable features a dual-tone design, dual-rear cameras with LED flash and a larger outer display.

Alleged second render of the Z Fold3 |
Previous rumors and speculations claim that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 would have an under-display selfie camera but these new alleged renders depict a punch-hole camera in a similar location where the punch hole selfie camera was located in last year's Galaxy Z Fold2.
The second render of the Z Fold3 also depicts a newly designed rear triple camera module with LED flash. There is no periscope camera module tho. It also depicts a right side-mounted volume rocker and power button. It is unclear whether the power button doubles as a fingerprint scanner like the predecessor. Overall, the new Z Fold3 looks slimmer when folded than last year's offering but there is still a screen gap in the middle.
Lastly, the render could confirm that the Z Fold3 will finally support the S-pen as beside the Galaxy Z Fold3 is an S-Pen that is similar to the S-Pen released alongside the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. What stands out is the text on the end of the S-Pen that says 'Fold Edition.'
The two new foldables are expected to be announced at Samsung's unpacked event in early August.
