DxOMark: vivo X60 Pro+ scores 128 points—higher than S21 Ultra, but lower than X50 Pro+
Strong camera performance

The world's 8th best camera phone!

It showed that the company's current top-of-the-line offering is included in the top 10 best camera phones yet (rank number 8). The handset got a Photo score of 131, Zoom score of 84, and a Video score of 110 for an average camera score of 131 points.

In comparison, the average score of the vivo X60 Pro+ is higher than the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Exynos) with 121 points. But surprisingly, even if it is a bit ahead in Video (110 points vs 108), its average camera score is lower than its predecessor X50 Pro+ with 131 points.

DxOMark said that it has good detail in photos and videos, a wide dynamic range in most photos, and accurate white balance, accurate video target exposure, and well-controlled artifacts with little corner softness on the ultra-wide camera. But, it has noise and some autofocus failures, especially in low light.

With an overall score of 128, the Vivo X60 Pro+ 5G just makes it into the current top ten in our DXOMARK Camera ranking, only a few points behind such heavy hitters as the Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ at 139 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra at 133.

To recap, the cameras of the X60 Pro+ were developed in collaboration with ZEISS. It uses a 1/1.3-inch 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor with an f/1.57 aperture size, 48MP f/2.2 Sony IMX598 114-degree ultra-wide-angle camera with 4-axis gimbal OIS, 32MP f/2.0 50mm portrait camera, and an 8MP f/3.4 periscope camera with 5x optical zoom and OIS.

For the chip, this is powered by Qualcomm's 5nm Snapdragon 888 SoC with triple ISP (image signal processor).

There is no info yet if the company will bring this to the Philippine market.
