First up, the Huawei P50 Pro features a gorgeous and unique-looking design. It has minimal branding with the usual Huawei and Leica markings at the back. The camera bump consists of two circles enclosed in an elliptical hump.

In front, it has a 6.6-inch OLED screen with 2700 x 1228 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sample rate, 450 ppi pixel density, and 1,440Hz PWM dimming. It also has a punch-hole cutout for the 13MP selfie camera and an In-Display fingerprint reader.

Inside, it has the 5nm HiSilicon Kirin 9000 octa-core processor with DaVinci NPU 2.0, Mali-G78 GPU, 8GB RAM, up to 512GB of expandable storage, and a 4,360mAh battery with 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
Some variants sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 LTE-only SoC.

In addition, there seem to be two special Huawei P50 Pro models with Kirin 9000, 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage.

For the cameras, it has a rear quad-camera setup with 50MP f/1.8 main sensor OIS + 64MP f/3.5 telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, 100x digital zoom, OIS + 40MP f/1.6 monochrome sensor + 13MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor with LED flash.

It also uses XD Optics tech with XD Fusion Pro combines multiple photos to create the best image possible.

The Huawei P50 is a slightly smaller one with a 6.5-inch OLED screen with 2,340 x 1080 FHD+ resolution and 369 ppi pixel density. It has a similar design to the Pro variant with a minimal amount of differences. It also has the same style of camera bump a the back.

The Huawei P50 sports the new 4G LTE-only variant of the 2.84GHz Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor, Adreno 680 GPU, 8GB RAM, up to 256GB expandable storage, and a 4,100mAh battery with 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

Unfortunately, due to US restrictions, both are 4G LTE variants only which is a bummer since we are in the era of 5G already.

There's no word if Huawei will release 5G versions of the said devices.

Both will also be running HarmonyOS 2.0 plunging the P50 series into the Huawei IoT ecosystem.
