Spotify Premium announced daily and weekly subscription tiers in the Philippines!

Music streaming platform Spotify now offers premium benefits with bite-sized prepaid plans for its users.

Premium Mini subscribers can experience add-free music and hassle-free payment

Those who want to try Spotify Premium Mini can now subscribe with a daily rate of PHP 7 or a weekly rate of PHP 26. The company launched its Premium Mini subscription tier for Philippine users on Tuesday, August 3.

Premium Mini provides almost all of the perks of a regular premium subscription. Aside from no ad interruptions and unlimited skips, it lets each user download 30 songs on a single device. This means they can play those songs even offline. 

Aside from these benefits, they are allowed to use the in-beta Group Session feature. They can listen to the same playlist or podcast at once as a group of up to five people.

Under the monthly subscription of Premium Mini, there are 4 kinds of subscriptions according to the number of users: Individual, Duo, Family, and Student. 

The Individual and Student subscription comes with a one-month FREE subscription for those who haven't tried Spotify Premium subscription yet. Meanwhile, the Duo is applicable for couples who want to have two Premium accounts while the Family entitles the user 6 accounts in total.

To sign up for Spotify's Premium Mini Offering daily and weekly,  make sure you already downloaded the mobile app or you're already on Spotify's website on your desktop. Click the "Premium" section at the top right of the website or at the bottom right of the Spotify app. After that, select "Get Mini" and choose the "daily" or "weekly" prepaid plan.

The next step is choosing a payment method and you are not required to use your credit card. Digital wallets like PayMaya, GCash, and others will work. There's also an option to charge the subscription to your mobile phone carrier bill. The last step would be logging in to your account and enjoy your Premium Mini account.
