1. DIfferent but equally gorgeous designs - The Huawei nova 8 series smartphones both feature beautiful premium designs albeit different. First, the Huawei nova 8i features a pill-like punch-hole cutout upfront and a circular camera bump at the back for its quad-camera setup.
The Huawei nova 8 has a smaller camera bump at the back which is a vertical elliptical shape housing its 4 sensors and LED flash. It also has a circle punch-hole cutout for the selfie sensor. Both devices also have slim bezels.
The nova 8 is available in elegant Blush Gold while the nova 8i is available in Moonlight Silver, Interstellar Blue, and Starry Black.

The Huawei nova 8 feature a slightly smaller 6.57-inch 3D curved OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 2340 x 1080 FHD+ resolution, and 392 ppi pixel density.
Both can deliver a sharp, vibrant, and bright picture. The more expensive nova 8 provides the added benefit of a faster refresh rate and touch sampling rate for more responsiveness in and outside of games.
3. Big storage, fast charging - The nova 8i features the 2.0GHz 11nm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor, Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a 4,300mAh battery with 66W SuperCharge.
The Huawei nova 8, on the other hand, has the 2.22GHz 7nm Kirin 820E hexa-core processor with DaVinci NPU, Mali-G57 MP6 w/ GPU Turbo, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, and a 3,800mAh battery with 66W SuperCharge.
