Sony on Facebook just announced the official local price, availability details, and pre-order freebies of the new Alpha 7 IV in the Philippines.

Sony Alpha 7 IV priced in the Philippines
To recap, Sony Alpha 7 IV is the company's newest full-frame camera boasting a 32MP sensor and up to 7K video recording.

In particular, the device is built using magnesium alloy to achieve robustness while minimizing its weight with a redesigned structure and a lens lock button contributes to enhanced dust and moisture resistance.
This camera also has a 3-inch 1.03 million-dot (approx.) side-opening vari-angle touch-panel rear LCD monitor, top-panel REC button, and high-capacity Z-series battery. It now has a still, movie S&Q dial as well.
The sensor it is using is the bigger and better 32MP full-frame back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor. It is paired with the Sony BIONZ XR image processing engine the same chip used in the company's flagship Alpha 1.
For stills, it has a wide ISO 50-204800, 15-stop dynamic range, 15-stop dynamic range, 10-bit HEIF still image format, and 10 presets + 8 parameters for "Creative Look" like Black & White and many more.
This camera also has an improved autofocus system featuring 759 AF points at 94 percent of coverage with accurate AF even in low light down to EV-4, Real-Time Eye AF with 30 percent improvement in detection accuracy even for animals like dogs and birds, and Real-Time tracking.
The camera also has up to 10 fps with AF/AE mechanical shutter/silent shooting.
For videos, Sony said that the new camera has the ability to shoot full pixel readout without binning in 4K and 7K oversampling. It can record 4K 60p 10-bit 4:2:2 video and FHD 120p (to 2.5x Slow-mo in 4K, 5x in FHD).
The company added that this also has S-Cinetone for cinematic look, S-Log3/S-Gamut3, Cine 15+ stops dynamic range, and 10x presets x 8 parameters.
For AF, it has similar features for taking images which includes even the Real-Time Eye AF for birds.
Sony also added Focus Map to visualize depth of field to make the shooting experience even better. The company also made switching AF to focusing with focus ring going back to AF mode automatically easier.
The camera also has Breathing Compensation for a consistent angle of view when focusing and a new active mode optical image stabilization.
This camera also has a heat-dissipating structure allowing it to continuously shoot for more than an hour.
The device has a dual-band WiFi 2.4GHz/5GHz, Bluetooth to access the Imaging Edge Mobile app, a new Shot Mark feature, support for live streaming and remote communication (4K 15p and 1080 FHD 60p), and a digital audio interface that can be paired with a range of mics and accessories to deliver high-quality sound.
