Converge ICT Solutions topped the Netflix ISP Speed Index for December 2021. It was also consistently in the top 2 spots the previous months too.

The leaderboard consists of 5 ISP providers in the Philippines. There were only three spots on the leaderboard in December due to the ties. In rank 1, we have Converge ICT Solutions and SKYCable with a Netflix ISP Speed Index score of 3.6. At number 2, we have Globe and PLDT with a score of 3.4. Royal Cable is now in the number 3 spot with a score of 3.2 points.
Netflix calculates the monthly rankings by combining the maximum bitrate established by combining resolution, streaming device, and encode recipe with an ISP's performance in primetime streaming sessions. The better the network, the closer a session will come to achieving this maximum bitrate.
