EROC Philippines is an e-commerce smart home appliance brand. As they see themselves as a market disruptor, the company launched the M1 Air Fryer, targeted at millennials living independently.

The build of the entire EROC M1 Air Fryer has a matte-finish exterior that was molded from premium polycarbonate material. The frying basket is claimed to be made of heavy-duty steel.

Also, cleaning it would not be difficult due to the "water-based paint" on the frying basket and tray. It allegedly prevents the oil and other ingredients from sticking to the contacting surface of the frying basket and tray

For safety, the EROC M1 Air Fryer has been tested by international standardization agencies, earning certificates from the European Union (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation; and the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive.

This new kitchen appliance has a capacity of 5.5 liters, so you can serve meals for as many as 8 people. Aside from that, it boasts of an ergonomic design to make the navigation simple and user-friendly.

In addition to this EROC said that it has a well-sealed cavity, hence it can perform a pressurized cooking environment. The 1400W high heating power is optimized to concentrate on the food being cooked.

"One Spin" technology

Moreover, the EROC M1 Air Fryer features a smart temperature control feature that is managed using its signature "One Spin" technology. This means that it does not come with several instruction manuals that are hard to comprehend.

This M1 air fryer is equipped with a singular central knob used to manage the smart temperature control. After one spin, users can leave the air fryer and work on other things they have to do. They do not have to worry about undercooking or burning the food.

Allegedly, the smart temperature control monitors temperature in real-time. This appliance has many temperature sensors that are positioned strategically inside.

This enables the air fryer to heat up faster with small temperature increments so it can cook the food evenly at a quicker pace.

Lastly, this air fryer from EROC comes with recipes on its top cover so users don't have to review cookbooks and tutorials to operate it.

The M1 Air Fryer will be available on the brand’s official flagship store on Lazada and Shopee starting 19th January with an SRP of 3,999 pesos. But as part of the EROC's grand launch, it will have an introductory price of PHP 1,999.00 from January 19 to 21, 2022.
