beep prepaid QR ticketing for buses is now official!
Filipinos may now enjoy more seamless commutes thanks to the launch of beep prepaid QR ticket acceptance in four partner bus lines namely BGC Bus, TAS Trans, Precious Grace Transport Services, and San Agustin Transport. Several areas in Taguig, Makati, and Las Piñas, as well as the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, and Bulacan, are included.
beep is expanding its use of QR technology, which it pioneered in the transportation industry. It has teamed up with GCash to allow commuters to create their own prepaid beep QR ticket any time, removing the need to queue for tickets on certain routes.
Simply open your GCash app, go to GLife, and choose beep from the list of partners. Choose between the four bus companies, then your route, as well as the beginning and end terminals. Your fare will be calculated automatically. After reviewing the information, touch "Buy Ticket" to proceed with the payment. To check your QR ticket, go to Ticket History and take a screenshot, which you can scan on the reader at the bus terminal or upon boarding the bus.
Here are the supported routes:
BGC Bus
- East Route
- Central Route
- West Route
- Weekend Route
TAS Trans
- Makati-Nuvali
- Nuvali-Makati
Precious Grace Transport Services
- Cay Pombo-North
- Malolos-North
- North-Bulacan
San Agustin Transport
- Las Piñas-Makati
- Makati-Las Piñas
- Noveleta-Makati
- Makati-Noveleta
- Imus-Makati

It's worth noting that for every transaction, the app can only generate one ticket. If you want to make another, simply repeat the process. Each ticket must be used within 24 hours after purchase, or it will be forfeited and no refund will be given. There is no charge for creating a QR ticket, but there may be a small convenience fee.
